# Unstaking and Withdrawals

When users initiate a withdrawal, the assets must first be unstaked from any restaking protocols before the BNB can be returned to them.\
The amount of BNB withdrawn is based on the current price of Epipen tokens as determined by the smart contract. This price is not affected by DEX prices or external platforms like CoinGecko. This contract-based price is used for deposits and withdrawals, ensuring users can redeem their BNB according to the current Epipen price.\
Important Withdrawal Aspects:

* Initial Request: Users initiate the withdrawal by submitting a request to Epipen.
* Processing: Once submitted, Epipen manages the entire withdrawal process, requiring no further action from the user.
* Timeline: The expected completion is 7-8 days after the request. The token may be returned in multiple transactions, and users should monitor wallet transfers.

Risk Considerations: Strategy changes may affect returns, withdrawal times are estimates, and the fee structure may change. Users should conduct due diligence.
